I was nervous reading The Letters.  I thought, oh no, it's just going to be a bunch of letters but this novella was so much more than that!  This is the story of Georgia finally going through the box of letters and Maca's things.   Georgia seems to finally heal in this book and come to terms with the guilt and her feelings for Maca and the lost babies even though they are gone.   I also felt that I got to know more about Cameron King than I have in any of the other books.  I learned more about his first wife but would have liked to learn more about how he became a widow.  It may have been mentioned in an earlier book and I have forgotten.  That happens when you read a lot.  This also let me in on how Maca was feeling during the break up, after the lose of a baby, and his true thoughts and feeling about Cameron.  Lesley did a fantastic job of making this novella about Georgia, Cameron, and Maca.  It is told from different points of view and it is done wonderfully!  Although the ending was not one I saw coming!  Just when you think a series is done.....BAM.....or is it?

A lot of swearing, some Essex slang and some very high emotion. Please don’t complain after reading this book that you weren't warned.
