Ok, I had not read Consequences before reading Ripples.  I am wishing I had.  I still haven't had a chance to read it, but I am hoping that it gives me some background on the parents.  This story about Natalie was just strange to me.  I feel like I am missing a backstory that will help me understand this one better.  

Natalie is meeting her family for vacation but insists on not taking the private jet.  While on the plane she meets a man.  I was thinking, oh ok, this will be fun.  However, he drugs her and kidnaps her.  She eventually falls in love with him, but I was lost. What was the exact reason he took her?  The book hints at it, but I didn't get it.  

Sorry, this book just wasn't for me and I love to read Romig!  I was left disappointed.

When we finally pull apart, before I can speak or even contemplate what happened, Malcolm's blue eyes shine down on me, taking me in and reading me.
